Bharti Airtel Q3 Results 2025: Profit, Segment, and Operations

Net sales (including other operating income) of Bharti Airtel have increased 19.08% YoY to ₹45,129.3 crores in the Q3 of FY25. Net profit attributable to owners of the company increased 505.24% to ₹14,781.20 crores in the third quarter.   • Sales of the Mobile Services India segment have gone up 21.40% to ₹26,268.70 crores (accounting for 54.16% of total sales).
  • The PBIT of the Mobile Services India segment rose 56.39% to ₹7,498.00 crores (accounting for 49.10% of the total PBIT).
  • The PBIT margin of the Mobile Services India segment rose from 22.16% to 28.54%.

Mobile Service Africa

  • Sales of the Mobile Service Africa segment have gone up 3.94% to ₹10,703.20 crores (accounting for 22.07% of total sales).
  • PBIT of the Mobile Service Africa segment fell 6.97% to ₹3,176.00 crores (accounting for 20.80% of total PBIT).
  • The PBIT margin of the Mobile Service Africa segment fell from 33.15% to 29.67%.

Airtel Business

  • Sales of the Airtel Business segment have gone up 8.69% to ₹5,646.00 crores (accounting for 11.64% of total sales).
  • PBIT of the Airtel Business segment fell 7.86% to ₹1,382.80 crores (accounting for 9.06% of total PBIT).
  • The PBIT margin of the Airtel Business segment fell from 28.89% to 24.49%.

Homes Service

  • Sales of the Homes Service segment have gone up 18.67% to ₹1,509.20 crores (accounting for 3.11% of total sales).
  • PBIT of the Homes Service segment rose 9.88% to ₹329.30 crores (accounting for 2.16% of total PBIT).
  • The PBIT margin of the Homes Service segment fell from 23.57% to 21.82%.

Digital TV Services

  • Sales of the Digital TV services segment have gone down 2.93% to ₹760.70 crores (accounting for 1.57% of total sales).
  • PBIT of the Digital TV Services segment fell 65.57% to ₹31.30 crores (accounting for 0.20% of total PBIT).
  • The PBIT margin of the Digital TV services segment fell from 11.60% to 4.11%.

Others Segment

  • Sales of the Others segment have gone up 76.01% to ₹87.30 crores (accounting for 0.18% of total sales). Inter-segment sales rose ₹1,430.70 crores to ₹3,374.80 crores.
  • PBIT of Others segment rose 84.57% to ₹69.40 crores (accounting for 0.45% of total PBIT).
  • The PBIT margin of the Others segment rose from 75.81% to 79.50%.

Bharti Airtel Q3 Results: Operational Performance

  • Mobile services India revenues are up 21.4% YoY, led by tariff repair, strong smartphone customer additions, and underlying mix improvement.
  • Airtel Business revenues are up 8.7% YoY.
  • The home business maintained its growth momentum with revenues up 18.7% YoY. Net customer additions reached new highs of 674K led by both FTTH and FWA.
  • Digital TV revenues are down 2.9% YoY.
