Profitability

  • EBIT at ₹5821 Crore (19.5% of revenue), up 8.6% QoQ & up 3.7% YoY
  • EBIT margins came in at 19.5% (up 93 bps QoQ)
  • LTM Return on Invested Capital (ROIC) continues its growth trajectory and stands at 36.6% for the company (up 385 bps YoY), and at 44.7% for Services (up 455 bps YoY).
  • Net Income at 4,591 Crores (15.4% of revenue), up 8.4% QoQ & up 5.5% YoY

HCL Tech Q3 Results Dividend Announced

The company has announced the interim dividend of ₹18 per share (including a special dividend) to the shareholders in the HCL Tech results Q3 for the financial year 2024-25. The interim dividend is ₹12 per share (for the face value of ₹2 each) while the special dividend is ₹6 per share.

The record date to decide the eligibility of shareholders is set at January 17, 2025 while the dividend payment date is set at January 24, 2025.
