Shriram Finance Q2 Results FY25: Key Highlights

Shriram Finance share price has delivered negative returns of 5% to 6% in the last 1 week (as on November 5, 2024). The consolidated net profit was ₹2,153.27 crores in the second quarter of FY25 higher than the net profit of Q2 FY24 of ₹1,791.83 crores. The total income was ₹10,096.68 crores, up 18% YoY according to the Shriram Finance quarterly results.

The AUM was ₹2,43,042.55 crores in Q2 FY25, up 20% from ₹2,02,640.96 crores in Q2 FY24. The net interest income was at ₹5,606.74 crores, up 16.37% YoY as mentioned in the Shriram Finance Q2 results of FY25.

GNPA fell from 5.39% in Q1 FY25 to 5.32% in Q2 FY25 while Net NPA fell from 2.71% to 2.64% in the same period.

Shriram Finance Q2 Results FY25: Interim Dividend and Stock Split

Shriram Finance interim dividend’s record date (to decide the eligibility of shareholders) is set for November 7, 2024. The payment date is fixed at November 24, 2024. The company will pay a dividend of ₹22 on each equity share with a face value of ₹10 according to the Shriram Finance Q2 results.

For the first time, the company announced the stock split with a ratio of 1:5. Each share with a current face value of ₹10 will split into 5 shares with a face value of ₹2. It will help in increasing liquidity with the rise in the outstanding number of shares and also make it more affordable to trade.

In the last 1-year, Shriram Finance share price has delivered a positive return of around 50% (as on November 5, 2024).
